These two positive affirmations are perfect for every day life. I personally have one in my office, and one in my bathroom.

Sometimes we may feel silly, and uncomfortable starring in the mirror and repeating positive affirmations to ourselves. The truth is however, these words are changing certain neural pathways in our brain!

Firstly, it is important to note that positive affirmations need to align with our core personal values, and what we know we are capable of. There is no point looking yourself in the mirror and saying, ‘I will be a millionaire next week’, if you have $3.87 in your account. (Unless you won the lotto of course).

By practicing positive affirmations, we can help lower levels of stress, help boost self-esteem, help reduce negative and unhelpful thoughts, and change the narrative that we have of yourself.
